Synergy Shop Policies

This is a CASH ONLY establishment

A minimum deposit of $40 is due at the time that an appointment is set up. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred with a 24 hour notice.

Payment in full is due at the time that the work is completed. It is the customers’ responsibility to notify the artist if they are on a budget. No refunds are allowed for any reason.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the shop unless under adult supervision. Any children must remain quietly in the sitting area or the entire party will be asked to leave.

No work is to be done if the client is younger than 16 years old as per state law. The only exception is the piercing of earlobes. Valid photo ID is required for any services provided by an artist.

For clients under the age of 18: They must provide proof of age with photo ID and must be accompanied by their parent/guardian with a matching last name on the ID’s. If the last name does not match, then they must provide legal documentation of the name change or guardianship. Additionally, the artist and the parent must approve the work and placement of the work. No piercing or tattoos of a sexual nature will be permitted. (I.e. tongue, nipple, genital, ex.)

A client is required to sign a waiver prior to work being done.

Only the tattoo artist and the customer may be in the work area at any given time.

No imagery may be of a racist nature, this includes, but not limited to: Black/White/Brown Pride related tattoos.

As a company, we hold the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We also reserve the right to amend the policies at any point, with or without notification.
