A favorite quote of mine when it comes to describing "work" is as follows:

"Find a job you love, and you will never work another day in your life."

For me, that job is tattooing.  I started working at Synergy in June of 2009, and graduted my apprenticeship one year later.

I have worked with many different art forms in the past, and use them to this day as an influence for tattooing.  This includes painting, graffiti, street art, sculpting, photography, charcoal, and others.  I am striving everyday to take my art to the next level, be it on canvas or in the skin.

I enjoy tattooing, as it is a way that I can take all my influences and convey them into my work.  Though my preference is black and grey tattoos, I still love color pieces as well.  I am willing to tattoo even the smaller pieces because they still add their own challenges and they mean something to each person, regardless of the size.
